Cause: Toggled iQ Device not reponding to Network
Remedy: Confirm that all Devices are within 30 ft. of each other and multiple Devices are within the same 30 ft in order to improve long-term stability.
Cause: Sensor not responding to Network
Remedy:
- Sensors are battery-powered and cannot be considered as part of equation when factoring the minimal 30 ft. distance between Devices
- Check Device has been correctly commissioned and is still part of the desired Network
- Check lampholder(s) at powered end of fixture to ensure both lamp pins are receiving 120-277VAC
